We port and polish the intake and exhaust runners enlarging them increasing airflow and smoothing out airflow disturbances. The combustion chambers are smoothed and polished giving better airflow around the valve head and better combustion flow. Cam journals are polished. The Heads sealing surfaces are machined, valve seats cut and lapped, valves reconditioned, new valve seals, and NEW Kelford valve springs installed. Head stud holes enlarged for 11mm Head Studs. We Install the scissor gears then measure and set the valve lash to your camshafts.
